Hi Fawn and Happy New Year, I've been following your and others posts on Yahoo! Much more lively than on SI. Great entertainment -- almost worth my admission price (i.e. 70K shares of CAFE @ .09 average). I appreciate your attempts to contact the company. Seems like you and dere1 are making some headway. IMO, any press release which requires a lawyer's review can't be good. They held a teleconference back in Oct that in retrospect seems like a fantasy. I'm sure they've got to be wondering about the extent of their liability regarding the amount of info they've concealed from shareholders or was very misleading (such as the Atlanta restaurant). Now we all know that a NASDAQ stock can trade at 1/64. Chris If you get through to Jenifer, ask her if she thinks CAFE is a buy at .03.
