They are all just echoing and building on rank speculation by a writer from a "news" agency. As the echoes grow louder it must be true. ROFLMAO! This as well will blow up in the faces of Hillary and the DNC.

Those who have blamed Putin are just guessing. Because, I suppose, it is entirely possible that the some outside agencies have hacked into Russian intelligence and have been using their IP addresses to hack the DNC without permission or knowledge. Or perhaps the Russian intelligence agencies have been running a rogue operation against Putin's wishes or without his knowledge.

I suppose it is possible.

Who's blaming Russia? Everybody but Putin and Trump and his traitorous supporters. Was it done without Putin's knowledge? Anything is possible. Was it done without Manafort's knowledge? Who knows. Was it done without Trump's knowledge? Yeah; he couldn't keep the secret.
