Harold,

In the words of my great hero --- Beavis & Butthead --- Man...I dunno...

Seriously, MUEI has been marked by the institutions as a snoppy-snop(doggie) company, thus the company may not be well followed. Secondly, MUEI management has in the past demonstrated that they could not execute properly the strategies that they have outlined for themselves. Therefore, the institutions are hesitant in taking actions unless the MUEI management can demonstrate that they will get it right this time around. The institution players may be waiting for MUEI to be a little farther along than it is now in their divesture strategy(ies). In other words, after the complete divestures of MCMS and Spec-tek (whenever that may be), I am sure the institutional players will be coming aboard.

>>However, the stock is moving little on very good market days also. I am wondering why the big boys are not seeing the same signs we are about the future of this company.<<

If you are comfortable with your analysis of MUEI and its prospects, then it is better to buy into the stock before the big boys do. If there is value in MUEI, the institutions will return to drive its stock price up once more. However, right now many money managers are selling losers as part of their year end window dressing and tax loss selling strategy. And for the last three months MUEI has qualified as a loser.
