Yeah, the 4212ES is a real high-volume product for its VENDOR CDW. Someday, they might find a second or third reseller.

The $699 Presario 4212ES is being sold through Computer Discount Warehouse (CDW), a major PC reseller, as a special holiday bundle. The box alone is $699; with a monitor the system sells for $899.

Paul,

I already read your post. It's a severely crippled box that is not upgradable. I don't think consumers want a box that will be obsolete in 6 months. Besides, 16M DRAM is not enough for the latest software packages on the market. Microsoft will chew that 16M up at boot-up.
And you're talking about digital cameras?

Profits
