Matt and all: RE: EARNINGS ANNOUNCEMENT CHANGE

Here is the scoop. Per IR at ASND, the announcement date was changed in early Dec. for the following reason: Some of the management team attend the "President's Club Trip", an extended bonus program for employees that performed better than expected. The trip coincided with the original announcement date. The company's usual policy is to have the team available for the conference call, so they moved the announcement date a few days later so the whole management team will be there.

best, pete
