Hello! Milk, Based on the year end time frame, possible MM activity ( although it's only a guess on my part!) and some possible year end "IMPATIENCE!" kicking in with some anxious investors, the end result ( in my opinion!) is the mind games that are taking place in the trading patterns of CVIA!). My hunch is that things will begin to resume a more orderly pattern., with the start of the new trading week, starting Monday Jan. 5,1998! My hunch also is that Jack Arnold is probably by now swamped with legal documents, and paper flow resulting from the suspected Due Diligence that Jack and legal attorneys are following up with , in their investigation of the potential merger candidates/ acquisition candidates! ( Just my own opinion!). I can imagine that it must be a real "ZOO!" environment for Jack to work in right now! ( And keep in mind that he is the only one willing to step out and try to return some value to the CVIA Shareholders!) ( At least that's my opinion!) I communicated with Jack Arnold today! He indicated that he is contributing 40+ hours per week to the CVIA merger scenario! And keep in mind that he also has to go to his regular full time job! Let's Help Jack !!! Here's How! Jack has been getting several redundant faxes, e-mails, phone calls, etc.! He mentioned that he is trying to answer all communication from shareholders, in a timely , reasponsable manner! I think he was quite honest when he indicated that there are no longer enough hours in each day, for him to respond to the huge volume of questions that are being directed at him, and still give his best to the merger process! He and he alone is doing everything! Doesn't have secretaries, support staff, etc. ( You may recall that CVIA has no $$$$$, ) this is why Jack volunteered to take on the task! ( Currently getting paid by "HOPE" rather than $$$$$$$!) ( At least in my opinion!) From a personal standpoint, I do not want Jack Arnold to "Blow Up!", I feel we need a rested , and motivated Jack Arnold to best represent our investment! I shared with Jack some options that I thought might minimyze the questions from CVIA Shareholders! Once he has given them some thought he will get back to me, and I will share whatever his response is! I am in no way trying to tell you how to direct your efforts, research , and due diligence, in the CVIA Scenario! ( That is your call, and yours alone to make!). But I do sense that if the "barrage" of communication doesn't ease up considerably to Jack Arnold, we are going to have a "very tired and exhausted leader" on our hands! ( Just my own opinion!) If any one has any input/thoughts how we can support Jack Arnold in his efforts to free up more time to put his efforts against the CVIA Merger process, please feelfree to share them on this thread! ( Once again just my own personal opinion!). Best Regards, Wayne J.
