These are the old USRX options. I believe that they represent 175 underlying shares of COMS as that was the merger ratio. Hence the price difference.

These other options with prefix UQY are from U.S. Robotics. COMS bought them last year and these are the old USRX options. As an old USRX holder, I received 1.75 shares of COMS for each share of USRX.

Since I don't hold any of these options anymore, I am really not sure how the strike price is modified. Possibly divide 40/1.75??
