Anytime they rifle through stuff on US soil, it is a national security issue regardless of what it is. Sure - but can't you get into your limited brain, that here there is no stuff on US soil to rifle through? We have Hillary's word for that! Accordingly she deleted all of those 33,000 emails (all private, no security related stuff!) many months ago! So, again: There is nothing for anybody incl. foreign intelligence agencies to rifle through! Please take the time necessary to feed this into your brain, sit down and process the knowledge and come to a logical understanding rather than just going on like a mouse in the thread-mill. /Taro
