PF, presumably you are talking only about "insiders". Even so, they don't need to sell if they are hedged and we don't need "insiders" to sell for it to go down.

What's the point of running a billion dollar corporation if you don't want the money? This just doesn't make sense. When the cheif Yahoo! gives his shares to the poor I'll believe he isn't concerned about the money.
