Paul, I am giving away any national secrets here. We have always been very protective of our borders and anything close to our borders. My point in mentioning this was to remind people just how close V-land is to the U.S. I studied Latin America in grad school at LSU briefly, so aside from my military background I am also extremely familiar with the history and culture of Latin America. My wife's family spends many months each year on medical missions all over Latin America also. I am certainly no expert but I do know much more than most. More to come. MBA, I was not directing any of my comments directly at you, BTW. Eric
