I wanted to tell you, we spent the day with a very enthusiastic follower of Bernie yesterday (young, liberal, educated- art history, male) in Utrecht. He was a fan of Chomsky, and he was sorry Bernie was not going to be the US candidate. Just wanted you to know, Bernie lovers are everywhere. Learned a lot about Holland from him, and he gave us a hell of tour of Utrecht. We also had a long discussion about the PVV their own local brand of right wing nut.
