Election 2016: Hillary Clinton´s acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention Thursday night was one more effort on her part to "reintroduce" herself to wary American voters. Did it work? Democrats attending the Philadelphia convention felt that way. They celebrated raucously Hillary Clinton´s nomination, believing they had just picked the first female president in history. For her part, Hillary delivered a 56-minute stemwinder speech that was the longest in over three decades. She left nothing to chance. Her speech was set up by four days in which speaker after speaker — and there were dozens every day — hammered home the same themes: Hillary
