Dear Mike: Answer are YES,YES, and they dont generally. PREVIOUS management got them into a VERY BIG contract wherein apparently the term of billing (including amount) were not clearly defined resulting in a large loss. Suggest you look at their Revenue increases under the new management. The losses are associated either with that large contract and write offs/downs and the RAMP UP for their current business. As to not manufacturing, I consider that a PLUS. No big capital requirement, no inventory, obsolescence etc etc. We HOPE they can hire people as needed. Currently trying to raise from 250 to 420 enginneers. Perhaps you will end up working their so be nice. JDN
