<<And yet, they can't say specifically why.>>

They know why. Back in 93, progressives knew the Clintons never really pushed hard for universal healthcare. They just threw the carrot out there during the campaign so they could get some votes from the Left. Once they encountered resistance from the insurance/drug/healthcare companies, the Clintons backed off without much of a fight.

Vince Foster? Most Americans don't even know who he is and what happened to him. Even I don't know the details of the story and have very little interest to find out.

There are other factors involved here too, which I'll get into on my next post.

This is a very touchy topic that very few want to discuss publicly, but it's a factor that is very much in play for many Americans, beneath the surface, We all know that Bull Clinton has played around a lot and cheated on his wife. Clearly, if his wife took care of him in the bedroom, Bill would not have had the need to go outside his marriage as often as he has for sexual satisfaction. At least, that's the perception out there. When you look at a woman like Hillary, most people see a very cold, calculating, bright, insensitive, tough woman. She seems to be lacking in some of the basic feminine qualities and sensibilities. Now maybe I'm being too harsh here or maybe the qualities I'm looking for are not needed to be a successful President. After all, I think most Americans want a tough minded President in charge. It's just that I think that some couples would be very uncomfortable having Hillary appear in their living room on the boob tube a few times a week. One look at Hillary and the thought pops up, "I hope my wife doesn't turn out like her", or "I hope my husband doesn't pull on me what Hillary's husband did to her". Now who wants to think these thoughts? But her image makes one wonder.

I'd prefer a hotter looking sensual Presidential candidate.

I'm voting for Hillary regrdless. I've already resolved that. I tried to rationalize voting for Trump, but I got turned off by his racism towards Muslims and I didn't like the degrading comment he made about the Mexican judge. Moreover, I didn't like his list of potential Supreme Court Judge appointees and I thought building a wall was sick.

All I was really trying to bring out in the previous post is that many people vote for a candidate based on non-substantive issues.
