Exactly. It's not called the Peeple's primary it is the D or R. There's maybe one thing I think the Calif. R's do better than the D's. We have an open primary, theirs is closed. Also there were 4 third parties, or was it 3 fourth parties? Anyway, half had open, half had closed.

I have to somewhat object to that. I don't think you should have to have an official party affiliation to vote in a primary. If you do, independents are totally cut out of the nomination process.

But basically, I think the two party system sucks. And is sucking more all the time. It's not like it's constitutionally enshrined or anything.
