That was my read and others felt the same way....

As for pills and Physicians, I gave them up 5 years ago.

I had a very bad experience taking Saw Palmetto. Saw Palmetto is an herb that many men use to create better urinary flow. It worked great for me for about a month. Then I started getting intense chest pains a couple of times a day for about 10-15 seconds and then it would go away. I did some research online and I discovered that about 5% of people taking Saw Palmetto get an allergec reaction. So, I went to an allergest and brought the documentation and he thought I was insane and prescribed downers (anxiety pills) for me. I never fulfilled the prescription because I knew I wasn't insane yet. LOl. But my blood pressure and heart rate was very high.

I became my own physician and threw out all the vitamin supplements I was taking and the over counter pills to reduce pain in my joints and decided to jog and only eat heart healthy food. I gave up all meat, pork and cheese. I didn't give up fish or grilled chicken. In a month, my heart rate went down from 135 to under 100 and today it is in the upper 60s/low 70s.
