What do you mean? He DID* prove it. Comey answered the questions in the affirmative. Yes, Yes, Yes. Of course it is proved.* He did not prove intent, which is the issue Comey tried so hard to explain to these desperate republicans, at one point telling one of them "you'd be wrong" on the point of prosecutability. Of the emails sent, THREE bore the small (c) buried in the email chain, and two of the three were later mentioned by the state department as "staff error". Gowdy did not prove that Clinton knew that the material later RECLASSIFIED was in fact classified at the time. Powell himself said that this reclassification business was absurd and overreached.
