From a WSJ summary of the CNBC interview with Dr.(?) House:
"Asian sales, House said, account for 10% of Bay Networks'
revenues."

I guess whatever Bay's Asian exposure is, it is factored into the stock price. It's surprising to me, however, that BAY's reported Asian percentage varies so widely.
