I'm not sure of the context of this discussion. has Khan read the US constitution ? he said ""In this document, look for the words 'liberty'" hey khan boy that word is not in the US Constitution The word Liberty is in the preamble (although no where else in the text): We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
