Neither. A statement like that is totally out of context.
Either one can be more or less important to the stock
price based on numerous other variables.

jim, cpq is making more money on the $1000 presario in the present mfg'ing footprint than the $2000 presario when they were making them.
in fact presarios were losing money in the old days.
