" Binney raised the possibility that the hack of the Democratic National Committee’s server was done not by Russia but by a disgruntled U.S. intelligence worker concerned about Clinton’s compromise of national security secrets via her personal email use."

Rat raises the possibility that it was done by shape-shifting lizards from outer space. It's a difficult theory to prove, but it's difficult to disprove, too. He also raises the possibility that everybody is making up a lot of possibilities.

In the meantime, we computer-bombed Russia, not the DNC or Hillary, this morning with our own hack attack. Binney and I had better both be wrong.
