ALL: - Found this document describing a 1996 resolution by the Government of India Ministry of Power which encourages the use of Power Co-generation Plants. The use of refinery bottoms are outlined in Section 6 of the document. Perhaps this is why we're seeing interest in RNTKs technology coming from India. Apparently, there's more documentation supporting requirements/legislation concerning power cogeneration in India. Let's see if we can find and post it. Having that information available should provide valuable insight into RNTK technology demand from India. Here's the link: nic.in froland.
