Agreed. Asia should have mininal impact on SGR's earnings...despite what Smith Barney was sayin. Of course, they dropped coverage on the stock after having a hold on it from $13 up to $22. If you've been following the stock, you'll know they botched the secondary last year, about this time. I guess someone at SGR pissed off the institutional dept. at Smith Barney (they are all Cajuns, and Cajuns have pretty short tempers...trust me, I married one).

Anyway, I have been following this company since its IPO and subsequent volatility. I loaded up when it was from $4 to $8 and then again this year when it fell back to around $13 (despite SB's grave warnings). SGR remains a large position for me and many of my clients. ATCT on the other hand....gee, don't mention that one! I still own it, but I'd rather not admit to it! Glad to hear you escaped the recent decline in ATCT, but I still think at about a $4 5/8, I'll escape unscaithed at some point (I know...one can dream). I did sell some for taxable accounts early in December, and will need to see some improvements before I get back in with those dollars.

Have a good and safe New Year's.

regards,
greg
