Ya, this one I follow and puzzled by the drop. Don't see how the convertible offering could begin to account for a 27 percent haircut. Can't find anything else. Can't depend on me to make the right calls on clinical data, but this one I thought for sure was low clinical risk. Spoiling an otherwise nice day here...

Took a look. I don't get it. They have nine quarters of cash in bank, no debt. Doesn't seem like they need money, why are they screwing with balance sheet before results come in?

I posted on Ricks board about ITEK. I am long with a descent but not huge position. I didn't add and no plans to sell. I'll be curious to see the terms of the debt
