To All:

I am still Long and don't believe it is useful to reveiw past calls on the stocks direction, what counts is the future direction on the stock.
Last time the stock hit $5.50 I suggested that I would not buy as I felt it would pull back to $4.00. I happended to call it right but I did not make money on my call, I only saved on the cost of additional shares.
I should have sold at $5.50, of course.
I don't post much due to lack of time and useful info, I don't think we help each other with criticism.
On the subject of criticism, I did find this on another thread and while I don't think a man should be judged soley on his past stock calls I think this man is the only analist that publicly rates AIPN as a buy.

Linda,

I know Keith Bossey PERSONALLY as he was a broker of mine til he managed to lose $100K for me last year. One of his picks based on his ANALYSIS were ACNTF recommended at $34--now 1 1/8. Another was KNET rec at $7.50 now 0.075--yes 7 1/2 cents. He fancied himself as an analyst--never made one good pick. His original rec of VVUS months ago and now his recent reiteriation of buy should have told me to sell--IMO VVUS couldn't have gotten a stronger sell signal than a Bossey buy rec. He got fired (left?) 2 brokers last year before landing at Cohen as an analyst--what a laugh.<<<<<

Is this our Mr. Bossey?

FWIW, Bill.

Sycamore,
Since you own warrants, I was hoping you might be
able to supply me with a little more info. I am
relatively new to this game, so please bear with me.
1. Is it likely that the March 1 deadline will be extended? Is
there any way to get this info in advance from the company.
2. Wouldn't it be in the companys best interest not to
extend. If not why not.
3. If it is not extended, do the warrants become worthless
on the expiration date.
I know some of these questions sound stupid, but I had
no intention of holding on to them this long, and am now
trying to decide what to do.

Thanks &Happy New Year
