Your not kidding about the screw job! Another thought, wonder who is going to invest in the new company considering the history of stream and the current management. Wonder what kind of sales pitch they'll use do intice investors to put up their hard earn money? Just some thoughts to end the year. Hope their are some plesant suprises for us in 1998

SnakeC: A beautiful job of overviewing the lenghty reorg. filing. You are to be commended! Yes indeed- A SCREW JOB! to the nth degree. It appears to me that they are looking for several million dollars from abled bodied investors, including the "Preletz Group". Oh Boy! They'd like to see the new market cap around $20 mil. I vow that we will be entreched in a guerilla war with the new "Hammer" which STOLD all the patents from the former STREAMLOGIC!!! To Preletz and the boys: F..k you in 1998! From the Stream Force.
