Emory - Boy, you do some great homework. Did you derive the standard deviation yourself, or can you point us to where it is published? I know that the commercials tend to be correct in calling the market, but do you happen to know if they got caught out in the rain on platinum and palladium? Admittedly, D.A. is on the spec side of the market, but he was very early in pointing out the vulnerability of the metal and positioning himself accordingly. I wonder if the commercials mightn't be miscalculating based on the performance of the gold and commodities markets rather than on supply considerations. I only have a small position in silver mining shares, but it will be interesting to see if this particular indicator makes the call. Top o' the season to you , Emory.
