I don't know where that definition comes from. Yes, an individual may now be the legally elected President, but that doesn't necessarily define that individual to be "fit" for the position in terms of all that they are capable of achieving in terms of what is in the best interests of their country.

Obama received his 270+ votes, but his "fitness", or distinct lack of it, has been obvious to anyone who took the time and the trouble to interrogate his record ...

Far too many of an electorate are poorly informed about the true nature of a candidate, or what they should actually look for in a candidate, or are too easily persuaded by all the balderdash that gets rammed down their throats by the sycophantic MSM, who use their "privileged" position of being able to get their biased viewpoints to millions out there through their TV screens and the printed media ....
