What is the average global temperature for 2007-2010 stated in degrees?

If you read my prognostications from 2007, you will see that I correctly predicted the low temperatures for the winters of 2007, 2008 and 2009 so it's likely that coming off the boil of the recent solar peak, the average temperatures for 2017 2018 2019 2020 could be lower. As I wrote, the "measurements" provided by so-called experts are tendentious and manipulated so I mistrust their "data".

But also, I can't be bothered. You can always bet big on what you think in other ways. You don't need me as a counter party. Why should I trust you - some no-name anonymous person hiding somewhere in Cyberspace?
