Yes - I agree that both should be in the same PE range considering as you said, PHL's diversification. I like the upcoming year's momentum roll for PHL. This last week has seen a good number of shares traded and a steady upward climb. I don't expect this stock to "shoot" and would feel more comfortable with the steady trend up with regards to its stability.

I'm debating about whether or not to get in. On the + side, I see this as a seasonal play, with potential 50%+ move by summer (busy season). On the negative side, I see postings on Yahoo, by someone called "ex-insider". He states that same store sales (of food and beverage) are actually decreasing from year to year and its only been merchandise sales plus the openings of new outlets that have accounted for growth. If openings of new outlets slow, then growth will slow.

Comments on this are most welcome as I am trying to reach informed decision.
