You've got it. I remember when DIMD was trading at 7 and expected to have a loss of something like 15 cents. Well, they posted over a $1 loss with about 1/4 (if memory serves me) of it due to obsolete inventory charges. What happened...Stock moved up about 100%, before falling back down.

Oh yeah, I believe they had a shareholder lawsuit at the time too. Western Digital has one of the lawyer get rich lawsuits after it and insiders bought.
