How is she here illegally she is married to a US citizen that gives her a green card. regarding that 3 year visa bullshit if she had an EAD card those terms are different. She could have come over as a B1,h1-b,h2-b,, K-1,M-1,o-1,P-3,W-b, and she became a citizen in 2006 so how is she an illegal ?
