If they weren't shopping the company I'd probably drop this one. A path to profitability was going to affect revenue , but the outlooks don't see much of an upswell of interest. If they remain in the forefront of their niche they have value to someone as a bolt on, but surviving as a stand alone when customers are trying to limit the number of vendors isn't likely. Has all the earmarks of a dying company
