Zorro,
I think the ruling for the 2-way mmds is Jan. 8. If they rule favorably, I think CAWS will go up dramitically, if the technology works, and having heard nothing about the Boston trials from CAI, it's anyone's guess.
I would hope that they have the technology worked out and if so I can't believe they will have a problem getting a backer or being absorbed by some deep pockets comm company. If the stock is trading around $1, and there is 40MM shares outstanding, someone can take control for around $20MM, but of course they have debt up to their ears. Since the licenses still have value, I would think a leveraged buyout wouldn't be too hard to arrange. A lot of money is leaving the Asian markets and coming back in the US markets. I am sure if CAI has any worth, this year will be the one whereby it either sinks or swims.

Happy and Prosperous New Year

Joe
