Aviva... design service, hmmm... As the IC application grows in many area (digital communications, consumer electronics), there are many board-level TTL designs to be converted into FPGA or ASIC. ASIC design service including cell library, ATPG, testing, silicon debug, Q&R, yield analysis become crucial since those board-level design company only know how to design the RTL (logic) with knowing nothing about chip manufacturing. Even Cadence & Avanti think big about this design service market.
