what happened to "no boots on the ground"

1) they were deployed with pumps, not boots, silly!

2) they were trained with ninja and yoga skills. Their boots are always 5mm above the ground as they levitate as they march!

3) no - what was meant "no boots on the ground" was no boots on the ground when it really mattered and things could be prevented, like when the ISIS guys were running around in shorts and shooting hoops in one small area and could have been put down fast.
Gotta keep the weapons dealers in business, no?
