Suma, how big is your monitor? Even if it's a laptop, a bigger external monitor will give you a better display. My desktop display is 23" and if I had to replace it I'd get 27" for $170

Some other things you might try: control/alt/delete to start the Task Manager and then Stop the program you're running. To get out of a full screen, try ESC.

If you're using Chrome, in the upper right hand corner below the "X" are 3 bars. Click on the 3 bars and select Zoom to increase the font size.
