Hello Bruce,

Yes, this system works for the large caps just as well. In fact, the larger Caps might be a little more predictable so you might find it working better. I'm pretty sure Andy does have a QP scan for the big caps. I use to have a good list of 200 or so large caps that made up most of the S&P 500 but I lost it. It contained the DJ 30 plus the other Large movers like HP, Microsoft, Intel, and Companies like that. I've found that the Large caps are moving better then the small guys BUT that could change quickly.

The problem with the large caps is you do not have the leverage you could have with the small ones. I have a lot of WLA but I still can not get enough of it to make up for a small move in a smaller stock. Of course people will tell you that a small gain is better then no gain at all so if you think the bigger ones are the ones that will move you should play them.

I will look around and try to find my old list and if I find it I'll post it for you..

Hi Bruce,

Here's a small list to add to whatever you get from your scan. It is called the "Money 30". I haven't looked at them in a long time so I'm not sure how they are doing technically but they are leaders in their respective areas. I would expect them to trend very similar to the large cap indecies. Soooo if we get a real rally these might do ok.

At a minimum take a look and see if they look like what you are interested in.

ATI, AIG, AMGN, CSCO, KO, CL, CU, DIS, ENE, FNM, GE, G, HWP, HD, INTC, ITT, JNJ, MAT, KRB, MCD, MRK, MSFT, MOT, NKE, ORCL, SUNW, TCOMA, TRV, TYC, UNH
