and what happens between now and the new TV format hits? Does demand go down? I think that is why it is down now. They have a new facility expansion in Cortland, and startup in Germany in anticipation of DTV and increased PC monitor demand. Lets hope that DTV, esp HDTV (two separate technologies) starts to see some increase in demand, but it could be a few quarters. IMO, they are trying to position themselves for increased demand in product. Timing this is always a problem.
