Sonki: I have had FRESX for a couple of years and am going to stick with it. Even when the market went way down it held steady. At least it doesn't give you heart attacks like some of the more fun stocks. Neither will you get rich on it but it a sure thing especially since the real estate market is looking better and better Look for about 15 to 18% i think this year.
