Padilla has nearly 6 months to do a final certification

According to The Washington Times, there were approximately 2.6 million ballots still uncounted as of Thursday, June 9. California’s Secretary of State, Alex Padilla, said that six million ballots had already been counted, and the remaining uncounted ballots could increase the total voter turnout to approximately 8.6 million. If all the ballots are certified, that will result in a 48 percent voter turnout.

you see 8.6 million here in Padilla's report?

Clinton 2,745,302
Sanders 2,381,722

trump 1,665,135(74.8%)

looks like about 1.5 million missing to me
