Growth in new trials is exactly what will pay off in the future. For every new trial there should be some amount of permanent value added to the company. New trials lead to new users. New users tell their friends and that leads to more new trials. The S&M dollars are priming this pump. I for one am more happy to have more customers at this time so the eventual earnings become assured. 12% is a good number to live with! I notice that "they" are sneaking the price up by parking the closing price lower after trading all day at high volume and higher price. ($7.125)
