I believe we should get official word of a 6 months extension of the Nasdaq deadline tomorrow as that's when our original compliance date was, here's a link:

I expect this will be viewed positively, and might get us near the point where we could be compliant again. Of course we need ten days closing above $1 to regain compliance.
