When the 2nd Amendment is partially repealed, only partially pregnant women can bear arms? There's no such thing as partially repealing the 2nd Amendment.

All that necessary is to write the regulations required for "A well regulated militia". Many people say that Obama, the Founder of the US, had a reason for not starting the 2nd Amendment with "An unregulated militia..."
