Because, theoretically, any tax cuts can be counterbalanced by equivalent spending cuts. So yes, you could cut taxes to zero by eliminating spending. Of course, you would have to shut down the government, but that would result in a massive increase in economic activity because the lack of regulations would cause an unprecedented economic boom.

I have been on the other side of a number of WTF? exchanges with Tim...I always walk away from them...frustrating waste of time. At least you know inode is in some mental cocktail made of self serving delusion...this guy really believes this crap and will go to the mat with crazy fantastic contortions.
