as long as you take in to account the fact that actual income isn't reduces as much as a static projection would suggest.

And what would that amount be? There have been several states which have used dynamic scoring to project the income, post tax cuts. All of those projections have been wrong. Drastically wrong. The static projections were a lot closer.

It is almost as if the economic boost due to the tax cuts were almost nonexistent...

The spending causes the deficit, tax income reduces it. So no you can't eliminate taxes, because you need something to reduce it.

Oh, i get it (actually I always did)...we should eliminate spending...then we wouldn't need taxes.

You know you just gave birth (again) to endless bickering...you could dissolve the union and still not resolve the differences.
