AQUISITION: International Canalaska Resources Ltd - Acquisition International Canalaska Resources Ltd ICA Shares issued 17,357,793 Dec 31 close $0.34 Fri 2 Jan 98 Acquisition The VSE has accepted for filing a property purchase agreement dated November 20 1997 between International CanAlaska Resources Ltd (the company) and Bob Bailey, Lorne Luhta and Ron Orchard (collectively the vendors), whereby the company may obtain a 100% interest in 206 claims in the Black Township, District of Cochrane and in the Lee Township, District of Timiskaming, Ontario (the property). In consideration, the company will pay the vendors $105,000 staged over three years and issue 100,000 shares in two stages.
