You think you aren't already being supplied fast food from Indonesia? If so, you're naive.

But the bigger point is that fast food is moving quickly toward big labor cuts. You been in a Chilis lately? Waitstaff cut in half where tabletop terminals are installed. And those are jobs that are never coming back.

Now, the $15 minimum wage didn't "cause" it -- it was going to happen. But as I explained to you here years ago, increasing the minimum wage will make it faster. And faster means less time to allow displaced workers to acquire the necessary be able to move forward in their lives.

The Left, pushing the $15 MW agenda, is effectively leaving these people unemployable, in most cases for their entire remaining lives. It is sick. But it is what you do.
