BINDQ (DNIB Unwind) buyout by Pfizer - Hi Bulba, per the below from the 8/1/16 8-K, it appears to suggest that BINDQ holders will receive their first cash payout in October:

"The Company expects that any cash distributions to stockholders as a result of the consummation of the Acquisition will be made pursuant to a plan of liquidation, which is expected to be confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court in September 2016. The Company anticipates that the first distribution to stockholders will occur in October 2016. The amount of any distribution to stockholders is subject to a number of factors including, without limitation: (a) any filed claims against the Company, which are due on August 30, 2016, (b) collection of accounts receivable, (c) the amount of claims against the Holdback (as such term is defined in the Agreement), and (d) payment of the Company’s expenses. As a result, the Company is unable to predict the amount of any cash distribution that stockholders may receive."

8/19/16 Contest update
Another blah week for biotechs, so here’s a video to cheer you all up. Make sure to watch all the way through with sound.
youtube.com
Meanwhile, at Friday’s close, the Contest median was down -23.15% YTD (vs. down -22.86% YTD a week ago), the Nasdaq Biotech Index (NBI) was down -14.25% YTD (vs. down -13.55% YTD a week ago), while the smaller-cap S&P Biotechnology Select Industry Index (SPSIBI) was down -12.08% YTD (vs. down -11.01% YTD a week ago). The Nasdaq Composite Index (NCI) was up 4.61% YTD (vs. up 4.50 % YTD a week ago).
We have a new leader as AUPH became acidic to DNAJOE’s portfolio. Taking over first place is MASTER’s portfolio, up 10.37% YTD, with JBOG’s portfolio, up 9.41% YTD, now in second place and DNAJOE’s portfolio, up 8.56% YTD falling to third place.
At Friday’s close, a mere 3 of the 58 Contest portfolios were in the green, with 14 beating the NBI and 13 beating the SPSIBI. The 223 Contest stock picks had an average YTD loss of -16.95% and a median YTD loss of -23.22%, with 56 of the 223 Contest portfolio stocks up for the year.
Below is the Top Ten list. Also below are the Top 5 & Bottom 5 Stocks for the week, ranked by % Gained and % Lost. (Prices not converted to US$ in these Tables.)
Portfolio adjustments:
1) I’ll be tracking BIND as BINDQ until the Pfizer buyout share price is set. BIND was held in two portfolios, DLU & PGO.
2) MBVX did a 1-7.4 reverse split.
(All corrections, especially adjustments for splits, greatly appreciated.)
Enjoy a late summer weekend biotechies.
Peace & good health,
Bulba
