f we go too far to the Left we're gonna be another Venezuela. Venezuela is a bad model, but point taken. We have spent decades drifting to the Right, though. To the point that we are susceptible to waking up as a fascist dictatorship. So we can afford having the conservatives sit out for a couple of decades until they can figure out how to behave sanely. They need another Buckley or two to set them straight.
